BVM, the Southampton based high technology manufacturer, is celebrating 21 successful years in business. Founded by Rod Clarke (left) and David Smith (right), who continue as chairman and technical director respectively, BVM designs and manufactures bespoke integrated computer products, used in applications as diverse as data capture, London Underground, clingfilm manufacturing, shopping centre information kiosks, bingo halls, point of sale terminals and vehicle mounted systems.

To take BVM to this next stage of growth, BVM has appointed Robert Wainwright (centre) as general manager. He will oversee the development of strategies, streamline the manufacturing process and be responsible for implementing the investment that will enable the company to double in size over the next five years.
